Mac Hut is a large archive of older Macintosh software, including abandonware, shareware, freeware and demos. Mac Hut archives and hosts 68k and PPC Macintosh software. We have archived many memorable titles such as MacPaint, ClarisWorks, SuperPaint and rarer titles such as early versions of Aldus software and Norton Utilities. Mac Hut was originally launched on 19th April 2005. The archive went offline in 2007, and was restarted in February 2009.

Mac Hut is a continuing work in progress. The online archive is currently approx. 2.29 GB as of March 6, 2009. The offline archive is more than 50GB, mostly consisting of mirrors of other servers. Please be patient and watch for changes as Mac Hut evolves.
